Very comfy beds and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television. Large private bathroom. Location close enough to metro station, and Dotonbori, a leisurely 10-min walk away. For shots visit The Australian Pub, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Got beautifully maintained and large double room with great bed when arrived, truly enjoyed that. We had an electric kettle and refrigerators.

Everything was very comfortable, excellent location near to the shopping area, Osaka around the Shinsaibashi area and restaurants and shopping center, excellent stuff. Got the same good-sized twin room on the second level booked online, liked that. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. It also was close to the subway line.

Clean room, pleasant staff, with free coffee in the lobby and DIY green tea in the room. Its prime location just 0.5 km from Shinsaibashi makes it perfect for a weekend adventure.

I loved how close it was to Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashi shopping area, making it super easy for me to stroll around and enjoy the local sights and delicious food, and I appreciated the clean rooms with friendly staff who were always willing to help when needed.

We had a blast visiting the Osaka Castle and Universal Studios, using our hotel as a cozy base. Perfect location near shopping and public transport. Plus, the staff was super friendly, and we loved the free coffee in the lobby every morning!

The room was a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed to make it work.

Just a solid option for a weekend rest in Osaka with high value for money. The bathroom had a nice rain shower that was unexpected. Bring your own luggage padlocks, as they don't offer rentals.

The standard double room was bigger than many i've seen in japan. It was verysuper clean and cozy. The big bath was super relaxing. They had a coffee machine in the foyer that ground fresh beans, and it made excellent coffee! It's very close to the main shopping street.

The location is really good, just a minute from a convenience store and a short walk to major attractions like Dotonbori. Staff were polite and the room exceeded typical Japanese hotel sizes, offering all necessary amenities. Enjoyed a delicious grilled Teppanyaki fish nearby which added to the experience.

There was a small amount of mould in the corner of the ceiling.

The room could use a better cleaning job, honestly. I noticed the water tap's cut-off mechanism was off. I had to crank it up just to get a decent flow. The size might not be ideal if you're planning to do some serious shopping-there's barely space for your gear. Just a heads-up, the mini fridge didn't work , a letdown for keeping drinks cool.
